Free Scan
- Every file, with a recommendation
- Duplicates, old files, public links
- A to-do list to do it yourself
Google Drive · OneDrive · Dropbox
We clean up messy cloud storage for South African businesses, organisations and families. A free scan shows every file and what to do with it. You approve each change, and we do the sorting, once or every month.
Sound familiar?
It happens to every team, one quick save at a time.
What we do
Start free and stop whenever you like. Most people scan, get it sorted once, then keep it tidy every month.
A read-only scan lists every file with a suggestion: keep, move, archive or delete. The report is yours, even if you do the work yourself.
Run the free scan Once-off · from R450You approve every move in one sheet. We file, rename and archive, log every change, and leave deleting to you.
How a clean-up works Monthly · from R49New files filed, duplicates cleared and sharing checked every month, with a short report so you know it's done.

A read-only scan that runs inside your own Google account. In about 5 minutes it lists every file, flags what needs fixing and suggests what to do about it. Nothing in your storage changes, and the report is yours to keep.
Free, no card needed. Google Drive today. OneDrive or Dropbox? Get in touch and we'll run it with you.
An example report. Tap any finding to see what it means and what we'd do about it.
Everything in the storage you scanned. It also sets your price: this one is in the up-to-2,000-items band.
How much of your space is taken. Copies and old files are usually the easiest space to win back.
Files with identical content. We'd keep the newest copy of each and clear the rest: 2.1 GB back.
Worth keeping, but in the way. We'd archive them by year, so today's work is easy to find.
Files sitting outside any folder. We'd file each one into a clear, numbered folder.
Anyone who gets the link can open these. We'd restrict them, starting with anything personal.
File names that mention ID numbers, medical, bank or member details. We'd check who can open each one.
| File | Where it is now | Suggestion | Why | Your decision |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Quote - Smith & Co v3 FINAL.docx | My Drive | Move → 01 Clients | Active client file, loose at the top level | Approve |
| Website photos (1).zip | My Drive | Delete candidate | Identical copy of Website photos.zip (1.2 GB) | Approve |
| Budget 2021.xlsx | Finance / Old | Archive → 90 Archive | Not changed since 2021, worth keeping | Approve |
| Staff contact list.xlsx | My Drive | Restrict sharing | Personal details, open to anyone with the link | Approve |
| Untitled spreadsheet | My Drive | You to review | Can't tell what it's for | Don't touch |
One row for every file. You fill in the last column: Approve, Change or Don't touch.
A starting point in your own words. Numbered, three levels deep at most, nothing loose at the top.
Google will say the app "hasn't been verified", because it's a private script rather than a published app. Choose Advanced, then Go to FileFresh free scan. We receive only your scan's totals (number of files, storage size and issues found), never file names or contents, and you can switch even that off.
Everything the scan checks, and what it can't seePrices
Fixed prices, the same for Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox. Tell us roughly how big your storage is; your free scan gives the exact number.
Not sure? A small business Drive is usually a few hundred to a few thousand items.
Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum; pay yearly and get 2 months free. Registered NPOs get 20% off (not on the Starter Clean-up, already priced for them). Each extra platform adds 50%. Refer a friend: they get R300 off and you get a free month.

We look, you decide, and we keep nothing. It's all in a signed agreement before we see a single file.
Google Drive (including Shared Drives), Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint, and Dropbox, all at the same prices. The free self-serve scan works with Google Drive today; for OneDrive or Dropbox, get in touch and we'll run it with you.
No. Anything that looks unnecessary goes into a "99 To Review" folder, and you decide what's deleted.
Only the totals: number of files and folders, storage size and how many issues were found. Never file names or contents, and you can switch even that off. If you ask for a quote, we also get your name and email.
Yes. The free scan gives you every file with a suggestion, so it works as a to-do list. If you'd like help deciding where things go, the DIY Guide adds that.
Yes. Every client gets a code. Whoever uses it gets R300 off their first clean-up, and once they've paid, you get a free month of your plan (up to 6 a year).
